All clients receive a free consultation before receiving their first massage, this service is required for all new clients. We spend 30 minutes talking about health history, injuries, goals, and evaluating your posture and function. Shorts and a tank top are recommended attire. Also available by phone or online video chat.

Therapeutic Massage

If you've been injured, have chronic pain or have limited range of motion, then our Therapeutic Massage is for you.  A custom deep tissue massage based on your current needs and health history. I will work with you to create a massage experience that focuses on helping your body heal and feel better. I blend: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (aka Gua Sha), fascial stretch therapy and deep tissue work.

CST as it's called, is a gentle hands on technique that addresses the nervous system by gently interacting with the bones of the skull, sacrum and areas of held tension throughout the body. Through gentle pressure around the head and subtle movements of the limbs, the therapist is able to facilitate the release of stress and help restore the normal flow of cerebrospinal fluid around the central nervous system.  Comfortable, loose clothing is the recommended attire.
